Each product is photographed with a view to highlighting detail and quality. Therefore, we show the actual colours. Nevertheless, the colours can vary slightly from one computer screen to another. The Ananbô Paris Showroom and the ananbo.com website display the same collections. Our range is continuously updated.

Our wallpapers are printed to order to suit your dimensions.
We will not be able to modify your order once the payment is approved.
An invoice issued cannot be modified. For any changes to the delivery address, we invite you to contact the sales department as soon as possible by e-mail at email@example.com.
I have just finalised my order but I still haven’t received confirmation.

When will my order be prepared ?
On receipt of your payment, an e-mail will be sent to you, stating that your order is being prepared.

The shipping costs are calculated according to the dimensions of your product and the delivery address of your order.
For all deliveries to the Ananbô Showroom at 8 Rue Saint Claude, shipping costs are free of charge.
Shipping to all destinations (France and abroad) is operated by DHL.
What are the lead times and delivery times ?
Our wallpapers are printed on receipt of your payment. We do not keep any stock.
Production time: 10 to 16 working days.
Delivery: 1 to 3 additional days.

How can I track my order ?

Where can my ananbo.com order be delivered ?
Products purchased via this website can only be delivered to the European Union, Switzerland, Norway, the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia and Canada.
The comprehensive list of countries eligible for delivery is available in the T&Cs.
Any delivery address outside these countries will be refused during the ordering process. Ananbo.com will not process any order that mentions a PO Box.

Delivery to the United States, Australia and Canada
Trade orders are backed up by a certificate of origin.
This document will be added to your order at the rate of 30€ excluding taxes and is to be paid when placing the order.
Delivery outside France
In the case of delivery abroad, the Customer undertakes to carry out all the formalities and declarations necessary for importation with the customs and administrative authorities of the country concerned, and to pay all taxes, customs duties or any other sum of any nature whatsoever that may be required of him/her for the importation of the products into that country. In the case of trade order, a certificate of origin will be automatically added to the shopping cart of customers with a certified trade account on ananbo.com. This certificate will be subject to an additional charge of 30€ excluding taxes.
Delivered at place (DAP) or “Delivered at destination” for trade customers.
This multimodal Incoterm provides that the seller is responsible for transportation of the goods as far as the agreed delivery point. The goods are made available to the purchaser at the destination. The purchaser carries out the import formalities and pays the duties and taxes due on the import to DHL.
Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes ?
For security and other reasons, ananbo.com does not process any orders that are requested to be delivered via poste restante or to a P.O. Box. All ananbo.com parcels are hand-delivered to the recipient and therefore no parcels will be left in a mailbox.
Can you deliver my package to my mailbox ?
Wallpaper parcels cannot be delivered to your mailbox because they are not a standard size.
Moreover, the parcels will not be given to a third person if the recipient is absent.
Is a signature required for delivery of my order ?
The signature of the recipient is required on receipt of the parcels.
Collection from the Paris Showroom
Can I collect my order from the Ananbô Showroom in Paris ?
You can collect your package from the Ananbô Showroom in Paris, at 18 rue Des-Saints-Pères, 75007 Paris during opening hours. An e-mail will be sent to you when the Ananbô Showroom receives your parcels. We do not offer duty-free sales service. Any order picked up 8 rue Saint Claude will be charged with French VAT.

Returns and exchanges
Can I exchange or return Ananbô products ?
Ananbô wallpapers are printed to your measurements and to order. The murals printed for you cannot be returned, refunded nor exchanged. Once the mural is installed, no complaints can be accepted. Installation is considered as acceptance of the mural.
No claim will be accepted for the cost of installation.
No claim will be accepted for the supply of a replacement mural after installation.

You can return any garment ordered on the ananbo.com website for exchange or refund within fifteen (15) calendar days from the delivery date.
What is the availability of the products offered for sale on the website ?
Standard Ananbô products are in three formats:
L400xH250 cm – 4 stripes of 100 cm
L500xH260 cm – 5 stripes of 100 cm
L600xH270 cm – 6 stripes of 100 cm
However, some of our designs are not available in these formats (such as Lalit, Jaipur, etc.).
Ananbô’s made-to-measure wallpapers allow you to choose the height and the number of stripes that suit your project. Allow a margin of 5 to 10 cm on the height and 10 cm minimum on the width. The chosen design will be created to suit your dimensions. A custom-made design will not be taken back, exchanged nor refunded.

Checking before installation on receipt of your decor
You have 15 days from reception of your order to check the following points:
– The panoramic wallpaper delivered must conform to the reference ordered.
– Check that the stripes line up by placing them edge to edge before installation.

Hanging Ananbô wallpaper
We invite you to carefully read the hanging instructions available on our website.
What type of adhesive should be used ?
An adhesive for non-woven wallpaper . Some of our customers use Qelyd’s solvent-free adhesive for non-woven wallpaper. This adhesive is available in most DIY stores.
The adhesive must not spill over the joins. The adhesive can damage the wallpaper. Ananbô cannot be held responsible for marks or damage caused by the adhesive or lack of care during hanging.
Do not rub or scratch the wallpaper. Do not let the adhesive dry on the printed side.
We do not recommend hanging our murals in humid rooms such as bathrooms, WCs or kitchens.
Some of our customers have installed our papers in these rooms by adding a colourless matte varnish to protect the paper from humidity.
Ananbô will not be held responsible for alteration of the wallpapers due to installation in a humid room.
Stairs and custom projects of more than 15 m²

Adding one or more panels to a mural once it has been installed
We do not recommend adding stripes once the mural has been installed. Our panoramic wallpapers are printed to order by our French printing workshop on non-woven paper rolls made of natural fibres. Our murals are digital prints that are not produced identically. It is possible that slight differences in colour may appear in natural light. Care of panoramic wallpapers
Our non-woven wallpapers should not be rubbed or washed.
You can dust the paper, but do not press hard on it.
Once the mural is installed, no complaints will be accepted. Hanging implies acceptance of the mural.
No claims will be accepted for the installation fees. No claims will be accepted for the supply of a replacement mural after hanging.
What are the technical characteristics ?
HD digital printing on a 147g/m² non-woven flexible wall covering, comprised of a mixture of cellulose and polyester fibres, with an ultra-matte finish and a soft, velvety feel. It is very easy to install by pasting the wall with an acrylic adhesive (for non-woven papers). The joins are applied edge to edge. The complete drying time is from 48 to 72 hours on a dry, sound and dust-free wall.
Features relating to standards: Fire resistance = M1 / Indoor air = A+ / ERP eligible (establishments open to the public)
