In the woods of Manosque, light does not fall: it settles. It glides between pale trunks, brushes against a clearing, then disappears into the muted greens of a landscape seemingly weathered by time. Across the raw weave of abaca, the foliage softens, distant forms shimmer and colour takes on the depth of a memory. Manosque Colour reveals a secret Provence, solemn and silent, less open to the sun than sheltered beneath the trees—a timeless landscape that seems always to have inhabited the wall.
